Advantages︰ What’s “Vortex” Nozzle?
Wind from fan form swirly flow and lead to nozzle hole, then blow out as pressurized and arranged. This nozzle realizes higher heating efficiency without any special pressurization of fan. We named this new concept nozzle “Vortex nozzle”.
The nozzle supplies quite stable and uniform blow, so PWB board thrashing or component deviation hardly happens. And also provide quite uniform heat exchange for each single point of whole PWB surface.

Smell, oil and solvent elements of gas lead to catalyst inside, and make molecule level reactions such as molecule partition, oxidation or ion exchange. In the meantime, original molecules break and react oxidation/de-oxidation repeatedly, final change without smell/harm contents as exhaust gas.
